No, it does not make sense. The calculation is wrong because, in the case of two siblings, the case of MF happens twice as often as either FF or MM. In the case of three siblings, the cases of MMM and FFF happen one third as often as either MMF or MFF. In the four sibling case, the relative frequencies are MMMM : 1, MMMF : 4, MMFF : 6, MFFF : 4, FFFF : 1. When we factor in these proportions the sisters balance perfectly for the two sexes.
